Working with Melissa was such a huge step forward in optimizing my client processes. Melissa was able to quickly gain a clear picture of my business, which has a ton of moving parts, offer clarity on the bottlenecks I was experiencing, and then streamline all of the client-focused processes. Because it’s now organized in a way that it can be delegated to my assistant, it’s probably saving 5-7 hours/week on my end. On my assistant’s end, since it’s now optimized, it’s probably saving 2 hours/week.
