Improved HubSpot Integration
ClickUp now has improved integration with HubSpot. One of the most asked-for features, which is now a reality, is the ability to sync data between ClickUp and HubSpot. This means your client information is always up-to-date. With this new integration, teams can be more productive and efficient when managing their projects and clients, as workflows can now be triggered on either platform. The improved integration between ClickUp and HubSpot is an invaluable tool for any team using these two robust platforms. With this new integration, teams can make sure that their client data is always up-to-date and easily accessible, allowing them to focus on what really matters: getting things done!
Swimlanes
When in Board view, you can now apply multiple Group By options! Yes, that means you can now have nicely formatted rows in your board view that allow you to visualize tasks, topics, priorities, and more! If Board view is your jam, and you like things neat and organized – giving you the ability to see what’s happening at a glance – then you are going to want to check out Swimlanes.
Voice Clips in Comments
Where are my ClickUp users who would rather talk than type? Voice Clips in Comments is a new feature from ClickUp that allows users to record and send voice clips as comments on tasks. This feature makes it easy to quickly communicate with team members without having to type out long messages. With Voice Clips, you can record your thoughts and ideas in a matter of seconds and have them sent directly to the task for everyone to hear.
This feature is great for quickly communicating ideas or giving feedback without having to type everything out. It also helps keep conversations organized since all voice clips are stored within the task itself.
Slash Command Modal
Slash Command Modal in ClickUp is a feature that allows users to quickly and easily access their favorite commands. This modal provides a streamlined interface for users to quickly execute tasks, such as assigning tasks, moving tasks, adding tags, and much more. The modal can be triggered by using the / in ClickUp. Definitely a time saver!
ClickUp for Apple Watch
ClickUp for Apple Watch is a great way to boost productivity on the go. With ClickUp, you can create reminders or add tasks to lists directly from your Apple Watch using Siri. You’ll also be able to see tasks and reminders on the Home Page and view work across all of your different Workspaces. This will probably not be your go-to manner of working with ClickUp – but definitely handy for creating reminders on the go!
Automation ManagerFilters
Do you love the automations available to you in ClickUp? Do you love them so much that you now have so many that scrolling through them all has become a bit overwhelming? Then this update is for you! With the new Automation filters, you can now sort through those automations by looking at Triggers, Conditions, Actions, and more. If it’s time to clean up those automations – then give this a try! (You’ll find it in the Automations panel. Just click on Automate in the top right-hand corner and then select Active automation from any of your Spaces, Folders, or Lists.)
