- You’ll also receive a video walkthrough of how to use the automation or project management templates, so you always have it as a reference. (Hello, team training!)
- And because I don’t want to leave you in the lurch, you’ll get 30 days of tech support after the fact. Just to make sure you and your team are good to go, we’ll have a 45 minute follow-up call to cover any questions or concerns. Shoot me your questions, and I’ll respond within two business days.

FAQ
Will you require me to use specific tools or programs (ex. Trello, Dubsado, Asana)? Nope. Your agency has different needs than the next one, so there’s no cookie-cutter here! However, I will make recommendations for you based on who you are, how you like to work, and how your agency functions. But if you’re a “hell no” to Asana? Then so am I!
What if the Client System feels complicated or time consuming? It won’t! All of my solutions are CUSTOM to how you and your agency (and your brain) work best. PLUS, you’ll get an hour and a half of live training, a video training, AND 30 days access to me for any lingering questions or tech concerns. It’s my goal to make sure you walk away feeling prepped and ready to roll.
Will I have to invest in software or programs? Not necessarily, but you might want to! If I see a gap, I may recommend a software or program, but most are inexpensive and certainly won’t be required for me to continue working. But ultimately, we want to get you set up in the most efficient and automated way possible!
How much time commitment will you require from me? You need to be fully present on both of our calls. I can only build a custom Client System that will actually work for you if I have insight into your agency and how you currently work with your clients, but I promise it will pay off. You *might* also be asked to write a few emails, but I have templates and outlines that make this easy peasy. All “backend” tech work is done by me and my team.
Can an operations manager or assistant work with you instead of me? IF your operations manager or assistant is well-versed in how you handle your clients day-to-day AND IF you are comfortable with them leading the charge on your Client System, then yes. However, I would recommend you come on at least the FIRST call so I can make sure I truly serve YOU in the best way possible. This is something we can discuss on our Discovery Call in depth.
